Account usage telemetry, audit logs, and matter content uploaded for your designated engagement. No data is used to train shared models or viewed by anyone outside the scope of the assigned engagement.
Data is stored by default in encrypted object storage in the South Korea region. Sovereign agreements allow selection of EU or US regions, or a dedicated isolated environment. Customers manage encryption keys themselves where required.
You may request export, redaction, or deletion of matter data at any time. We acknowledge requests within one business day and complete processing within 30 days.
