Effective MMXXVI. Brandeis processes data on behalf of the teams that engage us, never as a controller of underlying matter content. The pages below describe what we collect, how it is stored, and how to request its removal.
Account telemetry, audit logs, and the matter content you upload for the engagements you specify. Nothing is used to train shared models. Nothing is read by a person outside your engagement.
Korea-resident encrypted object storage by default. EU, US, or single-tenant regions are available on Sovereign engagements. Keys are customer-managed where required.
You may request export, redaction, or deletion of any matter at any time. Requests are acknowledged within one business day and completed within thirty.
