Brandeis AI is licensed solely for trade secret custody and related professional services. It may not be used to fabricate documents, harass third parties, or impersonate legal counsel.
All matter content is treated as privileged information. Brandeis AI responds to subpoenas and third-party disclosure requests on your behalf and notifies you to the extent permitted by law.
We target 99.95% monthly availability and provide credits when that target is missed. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 72 hours in advance.
