Built for every industry that competes on technology

  • Semiconductors & electronics
  • Chemicals & materials
  • Biotech & pharmaceuticals
  • Machinery & robotics
  • Software & AI
  • Defense & aerospace

(02) Our commitment

Brandeis AI goes beyond a security system.
It is a platform designed to build legal evidence.

  • Verification you can cite

Every registration is cross-checked against patent and academic publication databases. Non-Publicity is supported by traceable evidence, rather than assertion alone.

  • Designed around legal requirements

Built around three legal requirements that can determine the outcome of a case: Reasonable Measures to Maintain Secrecy, Non-Publicity, and Independent Economic Value.

  • Management for the long term

Management records remain continuous as staff change and years pass. Records sealed with a hash chain provide evidence of that continuity.

(01) Why it matters

A leak can happen in an instant. Proving your case can take years. Brandeis AI starts building evidence for court from the moment a document is created.

Replace scattered NDA folders, locked cabinets, and handwritten audit checklists with one secure workspace. Evidence of Non-Publicity, Independent Economic Value, and Reasonable Measures to Maintain Secrecy accumulates automatically throughout each document’s lifecycle.

The choice

Disclose it,
or keep it secret.

Every technology asset presents a choice: a patent offers 20 years of exclusivity in exchange for disclosure; a trade secret can remain protected indefinitely while it stays secret. Once you choose trade secret protection, Brandeis AI begins documenting its management and building evidence to support that decision in court.

The following scenarios are fictional illustrations, not actual customer cases.

Built for the moments that matter.

  • Leak response

An employee nearing departure accesses large volumes of documents before dawn. Anomaly detection flags the activity, and access records become evidence.

    Semiconductor equipment manufacturer

  • M&A due diligence

A Non-Publicity verification report supports the value of core technology during M&A technical due diligence.

    Biomaterials company

  • R&D compliance

Lifecycle records of the creation, viewing, and export of government-funded R&D outputs support compliance with contractual security obligations.

    AI software company

Enterprise-grade security. Continuous records.

Every tenant includes hash-chain audit logs, R1–R5 classification-based access controls, NDA signatures before viewing, and trusted timestamps (TSA). Each control is designed to produce records that can be used in court.

  • Hash-chain audit logs

    Hash-chain audit logs

All activity is sealed in a hash chain. The architecture prevents modification and deletion; tampering breaks the chain and becomes detectable.

  • Trusted timestamps

    Trusted timestamps (TSA)

Trade secret registration is recorded with an RFC 3161 trusted timestamp token, allowing a third party to verify when you held the information.

  • Access controls

    R1–R5 access controls

Viewing and editing are controlled by security classification and role. Records show who can access which information.

  • NDA signature gate

    NDA signature gate

Confidential documents require a signed NDA before viewing. Signature records are retained to prevent later denial.

— Security architecture

See where your data lives and how it is protected.

Choosing where to entrust your trade secrets should be based on the security architecture. From storage location to audit logs, we disclose the controls currently in place.

  • Storage location

    Implemented

Data is stored in South Korean regions, such as AWS ap-northeast-2, as a rule. Any transfer of data outside South Korea is explicitly disclosed in the contract.

  • Encryption

    Implemented

Data in transit uses TLS 1.2 or later; stored data is encrypted with AES-256. Each document uses a separate encryption key, which is wrapped with an AWS KMS master key for storage.

  • Access controls

    Implemented

Role-based access control (RBAC) provides granular viewing permissions. Administrator access by Brandeis AI staff is also logged without exception.

  • Tenant isolation

    Implemented

Each customer’s data is stored in complete logical isolation. The architecture prevents access between customers even on shared infrastructure.

  • Audit logs

    Implemented

Viewing, download, and sharing history is recorded in immutable, append-only logs. These logs can serve as evidence of Reasonable Measures to Maintain Secrecy in litigation.
